How we handle your entry.

Who is responsible

Information and purpose
We collect your name, email, country, X/Instagram/Discord usernames, social-action declarations, adult/eligibility confirmations, accepted terms version and entry time to run the free prize draw, review eligibility, prevent duplicate entries and contact selected winners. We record optional marketing consent and any objection to winner disclosure separately. No payment details, date of birth, trading password or identity document is collected through this form.
Our legitimate interests are administering a fair draw, protecting entrants and providing the prize. Optional marketing emails rely on your separate consent; entry and winning chances do not depend on that consent. Email syntax is checked, but email ownership is not verified at entry. Social actions are not automatically verified. Selected winners are checked manually using the same requirements; cropped evidence from private profiles is accepted. Minimal eligibility evidence may be requested privately when necessary, never through this public form.
Storage, security and providers
Entrant information is stored privately in Supabase. Netlify hosts the pages. Table access is denied to website visitors and ordinary members; restricted server functions handle entry and administrator access. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the giveaway database: a keyed, short-lived hash is used for rate limiting and removed after expiry. Hosting providers may keep their own normal security logs.
FRA Prop HQ does not publish entrant names or emails. Winners redeem private codes directly with Boxcar, which applies its own account-registration privacy terms. Information may be shared where necessary to fulfil an approved prize, resolve eligibility or meet legal obligations; entrants are not added to Boxcar marketing lists by this form. Providers may process data outside the UK using their applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and consent
Giveaway entrant details are normally retained for 90 days after prizes are fulfilled, then automatically removed. Administrators also have a retention purge and withdrawal/erasure process. A minimal draw audit can remain after personal data is removed. Separate, explicit marketing-consent records may be retained until withdrawal; no marketing emails are sent by this giveaway feature.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting support or using the unsubscribe option in any later marketing email. An optional tick here does not confirm ownership of an email address; address verification and suppression checks are required before a marketing campaign.
Winner information
The official terms explain the limited surname and county/country information that may be made available on request to demonstrate valid awards. You may object or ask for reduced disclosure through the entry checkbox or by contacting support. Information may still need to be provided privately to the ASA where required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability as applicable. Contact support from your entry email; we may verify your request. Withdrawing an entry before the draw removes it from consideration. A request after the draw is handled with the award/audit obligations. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
