Boxcar Trading supplies the prizes. No purchase or paid FRA membership is required. Buying an account or accepting marketing does not improve your chances. 2. Entry window Entries open Thursday 22 October 2026 at 00:00 British Summer Time (21 October at 23:00 UTC). Entries close Thursday 29 October 2026 at 20:00 GMT (20:00 UTC). The random draw is scheduled for Friday 30 October 2026 at 12:00 GMT. All displayed times use Europe/London; the UK clock change on 25 October is accounted for. Entries must be received by the server before the closing instant; entries at or after 20:00 GMT are not accepted. 3. Eligibility You must be 18 or older, resident in a country supported by Boxcar, legally permitted to enter this free promotion where you live, and eligible to register for a Boxcar account under its identity, sanctions and account requirements. The country selector identifies supported locations; it does not override local law or Boxcar account restrictions. If a subsequently changed restriction prevents fulfilment, the reason is recorded and the next eligible reserve is considered. No entry fee is charged. 4. Mandatory actions and entry Before submitting the free form, follow Boxcar Trading on X (https://x.com/TradingBoxcar), join the Boxcar Discord (https://discord.gg/boxcartrading), and follow Boxcar on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/BoxcarFunding/). Remain following/joined until winner verification. Complete your full name, reachable email, country and the usernames of your own three social accounts. Confirm all three actions, adult and account eligibility, and acceptance of these terms. Social actions alone do not enter you: the form must be submitted during the entry window. No tagging, reposting, friend invitations or repeated posts are required. 5. One entry per person Only one free entry per eligible person is permitted. Repeat submissions using the same normalized email or any matching social username retain the original entry rather than creating another chance. Multiple email addresses or social accounts do not permit extra entries. Automated bulk entries, impersonation, false information and deliberate attempts to enter more than once can be excluded with a recorded reason. Administrators review possible person-level duplicates; this is not an automated identity-verification service. A genuine data correction can be requested from the original entry email before closing and does not create an additional entry. 6. Fair checks Follows and Discord membership are self-declared at entry and are not automatically verified. The administrator reviews entry completeness, eligibility declarations and possible duplicate identities consistently before the draw. All selected winners undergo the same manual checks before an award is confirmed: reply from the entry email, confirm age, residence and Boxcar eligibility, and demonstrate the required actions for the submitted usernames. Public profiles may be checked directly; private profiles are accepted using cropped screenshots or a screen recording showing the relevant following/membership state. Boxcar may help confirm Discord membership. Making a profile public is not required. Do not send social or trading passwords, card information or unrelated private messages. If reasonable additional eligibility evidence is needed, a secure minimal-data method is agreed privately. A decision and reason are recorded. Contact support promptly about a verification problem or review decision. 7. Prizes Three separate eligible winners each receive one complimentary $25K BoxcarFlex evaluation account. $25K denotes simulated account size, not cash or a withdrawable balance. The prize is not a guaranteed funded account or payout. Each winner receives one private, single-use redemption code supplied by Boxcar for its normal checkout; no payment details are required to redeem. There is no special 30-day prize expiry. Normal Boxcar programme, evaluation and inactivity rules apply after redemption. The normal free Chicago trading VPS offer is included: select it at checkout; one VPS per customer while at least one eligible Boxcar account remains active. There is no cash alternative and the code is for the verified winner's own account, not for resale. Live capital approval is separate and not guaranteed. 8. Selection and audit After closing and review, the server freezes the eligible entry IDs and uses a cryptographically generated 32-byte random seed to create a SHA-256 ranking of every eligible ID. The first three unique ranks are provisionally selected. The timestamped seed, seed commitment, snapshot hash, full ranking and actions are kept in a private audit and can be independently checked without publishing entrant contact information. One original draw is allowed; remaining ranks form the ordered reserves. If fewer than three eligible people enter, every eligible person can receive one prize and any unused prize is not advertised as awarded; there is no casual closing-date extension or invented winner. 9. Notification, claims and reserves The promoter will email selected winners from support@fraprophq.com within two business days of the draw. Each winner has 72 hours from the recorded first contact to reply and provide the requested confirmations/evidence. This claim response window is separate from prize-code validity; it is not a 30-day redemption expiry. Verification issues are handled fairly and recorded. If a winner cannot establish eligibility, breached these terms or does not respond by the deadline, the next previously unselected eligible reserve from the original ranking is contacted using the same process. There is no redraw or discretionary choice of winners. Codes and checkout/VPS instructions are sent privately within seven days of a verified claim and normally within 30 days of the draw. No payment or password is requested to claim. 10. Winner information and privacy Full entrant names and emails are not published. To demonstrate valid awards, the promoter may make each confirmed winner's surname and country/county available on request to support@fraprophq.com within 30 days of the draw. You may object or request reduced disclosure using the form or by contacting support; the promoter will respect reasonable limits but must provide information privately to the ASA if required. Entry does not subscribe you to Boxcar marketing. This feature provides on-screen confirmation rather than a confirmation email. 11. Platforms, disclosures and applicable rights This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by X, Instagram, Discord or TikTok. To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release those platforms from claims concerning administration of this promotion. Do not create multiple accounts or misleading tags to enter. Boxcar is the prize sponsor; FRA Prop HQ may earn commission on eligible affiliate referrals, independently of the free draw. Account purchase, trading profits, funded status and live progression are never guaranteed. These terms are governed by Scots law without removing mandatory rights under the law of your residence. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes are permitted only where legally necessary, fair to entrants and clearly communicated; the closing date will not be changed merely to seek more entries.
