Last updated: 14 July 2026. This is a founding-beta policy and should be professionally reviewed before a broad commercial launch.
Information we process
FRA Prop HQ processes account identifiers, prop-firm labels, balances, positions, executions, performance statistics, payout records, expenses, device status, login email and subscription status. The NinjaTrader bridge is designed to be read-only. Tradovate passwords are not stored by FRA Prop HQ.
Why we process it
Data is processed to provide the trading journal, account monitoring, rule estimates, payout tracking, customer support, security, billing and service administration.
Service providers
Infrastructure may include Netlify for website hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments, and an SMTP provider for authentication emails.
Retention and deletion
Users can request account deletion from Settings. Deletion removes the Supabase login and dashboard records, subject to payment, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records that may need to be retained by Stripe or the operator.
Security
Row Level Security separates user records. Bridge keys are stored as hashes. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should revoke a bridge device immediately if its key is exposed.
