Customers using an approved code receive 10% off their first successful paid month. Influencers earn commission from FRA Prop HQ on that discounted first payment.
1. Programme operator
The influencer affiliate programme is operated by Fraheat Ltd, company number SC812220, trading as FRA Prop HQ. Contact: support@fraprophq.com.
2. Codes and customer pricing
Approved influencers receive a unique code and referral link. A valid code gives the referred customer 10% off the first successful paid monthly membership invoice only. Renewals and later invoices return to the normal membership price. The offer cannot be stacked with another FRA Prop HQ discount unless FRA Prop HQ states otherwise.
3. Commission
The default commission is 30% of the referred customer’s first successful paid monthly membership amount actually received, excluding tax and after any discount or credit. The rate stored on the influencer record at conversion applies. No commission is earned on Free accounts, renewals, later plan changes, failed payments or uncollected amounts.
4. Attribution
A referral is normally attributed when a customer opens a valid link or enters the code before starting their first paid membership. Attribution can be stored for up to 30 days. One influencer can be attached to a customer. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading attribution and attempts to overwrite a locked referral are not permitted.
5. Hold, approval and payment
Commission is normally held for 30 days. FRA Prop HQ may apply a minimum payout, normally $25. Earnings are paid manually using the agreed method after approval. A pending commission is not payable until approved.
6. Refunds, disputes and fraud
A refund, chargeback, payment dispute, fraud, duplicate payment or breach of these terms cancels the related commission. If already paid, the amount may be deducted from future earnings or requested back.
7. Advertising disclosure
Influencers must make the commercial relationship obvious before or at the point the code or link is promoted. Use a clear, prominent label such as “Ad” or “Affiliate link” where appropriate for the platform. A personalised code by itself is not enough to explain the relationship.
8. Claims and conduct
Do not promise trading profits, imply guaranteed payouts, present FRA Prop HQ as a broker or adviser, use misleading urgency, impersonate the company, bid on protected brand terms without permission or send unlawful spam. Product claims must be accurate and capable of support.
9. Brand use
FRA Prop HQ names, logos and supplied assets may be used only for approved promotion. They must not be altered in a misleading way or used to imply employment, authority to act for Fraheat Ltd or endorsement of an influencer’s trading performance.
10. Taxes and records
Influencers are responsible for their own tax, declarations and payment records. FRA Prop HQ may request reasonable identity, address or payment information before releasing funds.
11. Suspension and changes
FRA Prop HQ may disable a code, reject commission or end participation for fraud, abuse, legal or reputational risk, misleading promotion or breach. Future rates or rules may change with notice; valid historical records remain subject to the terms that applied when earned.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law, subject to mandatory rights that apply.
