Simple first-month influencer commission.
These terms apply to influencers and other approved partners using a FRA Prop HQ referral code or link.
Programme operator
The FRA Prop HQ influencer affiliate programme is operated by Fraheat Ltd, company number SC812220, trading as FRA Prop HQ. Questions can be sent to support@fraprophq.com.
Referral codes and customer pricing
Approved influencers receive a unique code and referral link. The code records attribution only. It does not reduce the customer's membership price unless FRA Prop HQ separately states otherwise.
Commission
The default commission is 30% of the referred customer's first successful paid monthly membership amount actually received, excluding tax and after any discount or credit. The rate shown in the influencer record applies at the time the referral is locked. No commission is earned on Free accounts, renewals, later plan changes, failed payments or amounts not collected.
Attribution
A referral is normally attributed when a customer uses a valid referral link or enters the influencer code before starting their first paid membership. One influencer can be attached to a customer. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading attribution and attempts to overwrite a locked referral are not permitted.
Approval and payment
Commission is normally held for 30 days and becomes eligible for approval after that period. FRA Prop HQ may set a minimum payout, normally $25. Approved balances are paid manually using the agreed bank, PayPal, Wise or other method. Payment timing can vary and a commission is not owed until it is approved.
Refunds, disputes and fraud
Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, duplicate payments or breach of these terms cancel the related commission. If the commission has already been paid, FRA Prop HQ may deduct it from future earnings or request repayment.
Advertising disclosure
Influencers must clearly disclose the commercial relationship wherever the code or link is promoted. The disclosure must be prominent and suitable for the platform, such as “Ad”, “Affiliate link” or an equally clear statement. Influencers must not make false claims, promise trading results, present FRA Prop HQ as a broker or financial adviser, or use misleading urgency.
Content and brand use
FRA Prop HQ names, logos and supplied assets may be used only to promote the approved referral relationship. They must not be altered in a misleading way or used to imply employment, endorsement of trading performance or authority to act for Fraheat Ltd.
Taxes and records
Influencers are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on affiliate income and for keeping their own payment records. FRA Prop HQ may request reasonable identity or payment information before releasing funds.
Suspension and changes
FRA Prop HQ may disable a code, reject commission or end participation for abuse, legal or reputational risk, misleading promotion, fraud or breach of these terms. Historical valid records remain available where appropriate. Rates or programme rules may be changed for future referrals with notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
