Cancel online. Keep access until the paid period ends.
Membership is managed through Stripe. This page explains renewal, cancellation, Free-plan fallback and refund review.
1. Monthly membership
Entry, Plus and Pro are monthly memberships billed through Stripe. There is no free trial. The first payment is taken when Checkout completes and the membership renews monthly until cancelled.
2. Cancelling
Cancel through Membership → Manage billing. Cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the paid billing period. Paid features stay active until the date shown in Stripe and no further renewal is taken after that date.
3. After paid access ends
The account returns to Free. Free currently includes 2 active accounts, 1 Tradovate login, manual sync and 30 days of history. Extra accounts are paused rather than deleted, and stored data remains available subject to Free-plan limits and the retention policy.
4. Statutory cancellation rights
You may have a statutory right to cancel an online service during a cooling-off period where that right applies. By asking FRA Prop HQ to begin providing digital service immediately, you acknowledge that access starts before any applicable cooling-off period ends. If you cancel during a statutory period, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be deducted where the law permits. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. Refunds
Payments are not normally refunded simply because a member changes their mind after using the service or forgets to cancel before a renewal. We will review duplicate charges, incorrect billing, unauthorised payments, material service failures and any refund required by law. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Stripe may retry and send a payment notice. Update the payment method through Manage billing. Access may be restricted or returned to Free when the paid entitlement ends.
7. How to ask for help
Email support@fraprophq.com from the account email and include the charge date, plan and a short explanation. Do not send full card details, passwords or security codes.
