This page explains monthly renewal, cancellation and when product access ends.
When billing starts
The first payment is taken when Stripe Checkout is completed. The selected plan renews monthly until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time through Membership → Manage billing. Cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, and access remains available until the date shown in Stripe. There is no cancellation fee.
After cancellation takes effect
Paid product access ends when the current paid period finishes. Stored data remains in the account until you delete it or submit a deletion request.
Payments
Payments are non-refundable once access begins, except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law. This does not limit statutory rights relating to duplicate charges, incorrect billing, faulty services or other mandatory consumer protections.
Billing problems
Email support@fraprophq.com from the address attached to the account. Include the charge date and a short explanation. Never send full card details or passwords.
