Each connection has a narrow job: account data, billing, optional analysis or transactional email.
Tradovate / NinjaTrader
Supported prop-firm logins are authorised through the provider. FRA Prop HQ uses the Tradovate simulation environment used by prop accounts to read account, balance and completed-trade records. No NinjaTrader desktop installation is required for normal customers.

Stripe
Stripe handles paid Checkout, recurring membership, invoices and the customer billing portal. FRA Prop HQ receives signed webhook events to update access, cancellation and payment status.
OpenAI
Coach uses OpenAI through a Supabase Edge Function. Selected trading context and optional chart screenshots are sent only when the member uses Coach. The API key remains server-side.
Resend
Resend can deliver transactional welcome, membership, payment, cancellation and support messages. Marketing email is not part of the core product flow.
Kinetick and partner links
Kinetick provides market data for NinjaTrader charting. FRA Prop HQ may use clearly disclosed affiliate links to NinjaTrader or other approved partners. Those links do not change the FRA Prop HQ membership price.
Data boundaries
FRA Prop HQ does not redistribute market data, route orders or request trading control. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and availability.
