PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED 27 JULY 2026

Only the data needed to run the journal.

Fraheat Ltd is the operator and data controller for FRA Prop HQ product data.

Controller and contact

FRA Prop HQ is a trading name of Fraheat Ltd, company number SC812220, registered office 31 Swift Brae, Livingston, Scotland, EH54 6GY. Privacy questions can be sent to support@fraprophq.com.

Information processed

We may process login identity, profile and membership data; prop account identifiers and labels; balances, positions, orders, executions and performance statistics; rule settings; payout and expense records; import and sync logs; notebook entries, strategies, grades, emotions and tags; support messages; billing status; and technical error information.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to provide the service and perform our contract with members, protect accounts and prevent misuse, meet legal and accounting obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in operating, supporting and improving the product. Where optional processing requires consent, it can be withdrawn.

CSV imports and provider connections

CSV rows and file metadata are processed for journalling, duplicate protection and audit history. Direct NinjaTrader / Tradovate connections, when enabled, use provider authorisation. FRA Prop HQ does not store a customer's trading password or request order-placement permission. Tokens are kept server-side and encrypted before storage.

Coach Review

When Coach Review is used, selected trading records, journal context, prompt text and an optional chart screenshot are sent through a Supabase Edge Function to OpenAI to generate the response. The OpenAI API key remains server-side. Reviews and usage records may be stored in the member's account.

Payments

Stripe processes Checkout, card details, invoices and the billing portal. FRA Prop HQ stores customer and subscription identifiers, plan and payment status, event identifiers and limited billing data needed to manage access and support. FRA Prop HQ does not store full card details.

Service providers

Service providers can include Netlify for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and Edge Functions, Stripe for billing, OpenAI for optional Coach Review, and Resend or another email provider for account and billing messages. Providers process data under their own terms and safeguards.

Retention

Product data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period needed for backups, security, disputes and legal obligations. Billing, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained longer where required. Technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed to diagnose and protect the service.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal data. You can delete product data from Settings or use the support route. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used, including Supabase authentication, row-level database policies, encrypted provider tokens, server-side secret keys and restricted administrative access. No system is risk-free.

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal transfer safeguards are used by the relevant provider.

Changes

Material changes will be dated on this page and communicated where appropriate.

RISK DISCLOSURE

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing one's financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN; IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM. ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK OF ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND LOSSES OR TO ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS. THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS RELATED TO THE MARKETS IN GENERAL OR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY SPECIFIC TRADING PROGRAM WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PREPARATION OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND ALL WHICH CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT TRADING RESULTS.
