What to check first
- Sign-in: use the newest confirmation or password-reset email.
- Tradovate sync: open Connections and review the connection status and last sync.
- Billing: open Membership and use Manage billing.
- Coach: retry once with a shorter request, then capture the exact error if it continues.

Email support@fraprophq.com with the affected page, time, timezone and screenshot. Do not include passwords, API keys or payment-card details.
Provider dependency
Tradovate, Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, OpenAI and Resend are separate services. A provider outage can affect one part of FRA Prop HQ while the rest remains available.
